Deadlines before distractions

Know what’s due before you scroll.

Nonlate brings school, work, calendar, and to-do deadlines into one plan—then shows what matters when a chosen app is about to pull you away.

Here’s the moment Nonlate is built for.

Your actual deadlines decide when Nonlate steps in. The distraction is only half the story.

Deadlines gathered from school, calendars, tasks, and work
01 / 04

From scattered deadlines to a day you can act on.

Nonlate is a task list, planner, schedule, and focus layer built around the same source of truth: what is actually due.

01

One place for what’s due

See due and overdue work from every connected source alongside the tasks you add yourself.

  • 20+ supported sources
  • Manual tasks
  • One due-work view

02

Turn deadlines into a day plan

Pick a day, place the work, and see what needs attention before the hours disappear.

03

Choose what gets interrupted

Your whole phone is not the problem. Select the distractions that usually win and leave everything else alone.

04

Keep the next deadline in sight

Widgets keep due work at a glance. On supported iPhones, Live Activities and Dynamic Island can count down an approaching deadline or an active break without reopening Nonlate.

As gentle—or as firm—as today requires.

Nonlate does not force one philosophy of focus. Choose the mode that fits the work and the day.

Reminder

See what’s due, then decide.

A quick check-in puts your nearest deadlines in front of the distraction without turning every moment into a hard wall.

Lowest friction

Focus Lock

Remove the easiest way around the moment.

Focus Lock removes the quick break from the blocked-app screen and adds a short reflection step inside Nonlate.

Connected data is for your deadlines—not ad targeting or AI training.

Nonlate asks for the data needed to sync the services you choose, protects credentials according to platform best practices, and gives you disconnect and deletion controls.

01

Protected in transit and at rest

Data travels over HTTPS/TLS. Android credentials use EncryptedSharedPreferences backed by Keystore; iOS credentials use Keychain.

02

Encrypted proxy secrets

When a provider’s webhook flow requires the proxy to retain a token or webhook secret, production secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before database storage.

03

Limited use of Google data

Google user data supports connected sync and focus features. It is not used for advertising or to train generalized AI models.

04

Your connections stay reversible

Before Nonlate steps in.

The important details without the productivity theater.

Is Nonlate a reminder or a blocker?

Both. Reminder shows due work and lets you decide. Blocker can require action or a timed break. Focus Lock adds a stronger reflection step.

Does Nonlate replace my task apps?

No. It gathers deadlines from supported services, lets you add manual tasks, and turns that shared due-work context into plans, reminders, and focus rules.

Does every integration update instantly?

No. Update speed varies by provider and plan. Free refreshes when you open or manually refresh, Plus adds hourly background sync, and Pro adds Live Sync where supported.

Does blocking work identically on iOS and Android?

The deadline-aware focus experience exists on both platforms, but permissions and system-level interception behavior differ because iOS and Android provide different controls.

What does Nonlate do with connected data?

It uses connected task and calendar data to provide sync, planning, reminders, and focus features. The full categories and controls are described in the Privacy Policy.
